Hello everyone! I hope you had a good holiday, whether you celebrated Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or some other holiday. Did you enjoy time with your family and friends? Did you get what you wanted? I hope you did. Personally, I didn't do much on Christmas, and I didn't really get what I wanted from my parents. So, my Christmas was very lackluster, but days before and after were fantastic. The Day before-day before Christmas party I got to hang out with my friends, and I got what I wanted from my Secret Santa. The same goes for the Christmas Potluck at my club. Yesterday, I went to work and we had a potluck, and it was really fun hanging out with all my co-workers. Long story short, I enjoyed myself more hanging out with my friends than my family.
Enough about that now. I came back to update you on the titles that I skipped over. I skipped over them for a reason. I didn't skip over too many titles, but I should still review them.
Hometown Story and Gabrielle's Ghostly Groove were the games I remember skipping over. If you noticed I skipped over anything else, let me know. The reasons I skipped over these few was that when explaining the games to friends of mine, I also saw a few reviews on the game. The reviews ranged from medium to low on the scale.
Of course these are other player's opinion, which do take into consideration. But sometimes, you need to play games for yourself to actually get the true experience. Although these games got kind of low reviews, they weren't extremely bad. Gabrielle's Ghostly Groove got a low review because it was a short, generic rhythm game. I think Hometown Story got low reviews because the gameplay was awkward. But the games aren't broken, and the gameplay doesn't seem extremely terrible from what I heard. Thus, I still want to play them. So no, I don't consider them to be off my list.
What I will take off my list is Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and BIT.TRIP Saga. I got Luigi's Mansion as a gift from a friend. From the same friend, not only did I get Bit.Trip Saga, but I got the whole collection, with the soundtracks. I'm currently playing Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, and I am loving it. Don't worry, my sweetiebeans, I will tell you of my experience once I finish the game, so look out for that.
But until then, I hope you have a great day. :)
